Sale of Membership Subscriptions, Goods, and Services - These Terms and Conditions apply to the membership subscriptions and the sale of goods and services available on the Site, including all Membership Subscriptions, the DIY (Do-it-Yourself) Immigration Kit, and the Canada Immigration Consultation Service provided by a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Payment for membership subscriptions, goods, and services is due in full at the time of ordering.
All information, descriptions, or images provided about the goods and services on the Site are as accurate as possible. However, the Company is not legally bound by such information, and you agree to purchase goods and services from the Site at your own risk. The Company reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order at any time. If the Company cancels your order after processing your payment, you will receive a refund equal to the amount paid. Payments - The Site accepts payments by credit cards only. By providing payment information, you authorize the Company to charge the amount due to the payment instrument you have selected. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reverse your transaction if it believes your payment violates any law or these Terms and Conditions. Dispute Resolution - If you and the Company are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, you agree to first submit the issue to a non-binding mediator and, if mediation fails, to an arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and the Company. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and the Company retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to seek injunctive relief.
